The Last of Us cast attend Australian Premiere in Sydney

The State Theatre was transmogrified into a desolate and rundown theatre, looking like a scene straight from the HBO Original series.

Six cast members from The Last of Us attended the event tonight on April 2nd. Bella Ramsey (Ellie), Gabriel Luna (Tommy), Kaitlyn Dever (Abby), Isabela Merced (Dina), Young Mazino (Jesse), and Jeffrey Wright (Issac) greeted excited fans on Market St outside Sydney’s State theatre.

The cast was interviewed by Osher Günsberg on stage before the screening, each sharing their experiences and thoughts on the show. The full Q&A and red carpet video is available to watch on our YouTube.

The premiere was a dual-festivity, as it also played host to the official media launch of Max in Australia. Our detailed coverage of the event is available here.

The Last of Us Season 2 premieres April 13 on Max.

Max is available for subscription in Australia at www.max.com. Read our breakdown of the best shows shows available on Max starting today in Australia.
